AMD Partners with Girls on the Run

Girls on the Run is very fortunate to have been chosen as Anders Minkler & Diehl’s (AMD) 2011 Charity of Choice. AMD is an accounting and business consulting firm in St. Louis. The AMD Charity of Choice program combines fundraising activities and volunteer efforts to support one local charity each year.

The first fundraising event was the “Hoops for Hope” NCAA basketball pool.  The fundraiser brought in $6,800 for our organization.  AMD also partnered with us at the Girls on the Run Night at Busch Stadium and plans to volunteer at both our spring and fall 5k’s as well as any fundraisers for the rest of 2011.
