Coach’s Box Assembly
Help us assemble over 100 Girls on the Run and Girls on Track boxes for the spring season. What’s a coach’s box you ask? It is a tupperware of all of the materials coaches may need to deliver the lessons/activities to the girls in the program.

Program Supply Pick Up
Calling all Spring 2012 Coaches!
Starting the week of January 30, you can come by the office between 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. to either replenish your coach’s box or pick up a new one. Here is a supply list for GOTR 1 & 2 and GOT. If you plan to replenish your box, compare the list to what you currently have in your coach’s box.
At this time, you will also receive your Schnuck’s gift card(s), survey information & Grown Up Guides. It is important to bring back ALL old curriculum binders as they are not compatible with the new Grown Up Guides. Plus, we want all schools to be using the latest version.

Program T-shirt Sorting
On Wednesday, March 7 from 1-4 p.m., we will be sorting program t-shirts at the Girls on the Run office. Each girl and coach will receive a sapphire program t-shirt this season. We will have our largest season yet; join us to package shirts for each team! To volunteer, contact Ashley.

Race Bag Stuffing
We will be stuffing race bags for the girls. We have about 2,600 girls participating this spring and we would love to have volunteers help us make goodie bags for the girls. To volunteer, contact Ashley.
